The Stir Crazy Dad is Back-The Perma-Sale

It's time to get ready for this weekend's yard sales, so here's another tip from the Stir Crazy Dad. He has also listed the best sales in the area for this weekend, so enjoy!

The PERMA-sale:
What it is:  The Perma-sale as I like to call it is that annoying house who is always having a bloody yard sale
I have learned to avoid these 100% of the time.  They are overpriced and the selection is poor.  This is truly junk that has either come down out of the attic after 30 years, has come from the trash or has been purchased at other yard sales.  It is best to spend your time at other yard sales.  Remember, time is very precious on Saturday Morning.
How to spot a Perma-sale may initially be challenging but if you yard sale long enough, it becomes obvious.  The sign is typically made of wood and the information is painted with a brush.  The same signs are used week after week.
One additional hint would be to avoid the Friday/Saturday sales.  These typically are also overpriced and by the time you get there on Saturday, the good stuff is gone.  It is wise, however, to host a yard sale on Friday or Saturday for this same reason.
Here are my pics for Saturday AM sales:

Dear Stir Crazy Dad (or, SCD as I like to refer to you when talking with my friends),
I'll never view yard sale signs from the same ignorance as I previously did. This is truly a gem of a tip. You are a true leader among yard salers. Is there a book in the future? Perhaps you can give us some tips on negotiating, next.
