We are so appreciative of the hard work you have put forth and the healthy changes you have made for yourself as well as for your family. For the last day we are going to be giving you an awesome, short, fat melting workout.
How many rounds can you finish?
10 minutes of:
A) 20 jumping jacks
B) 20 mountain climbers (Can also place hands on couch)
C) 10 air squats (Just tap the chair)
